Who we are

Local, licensed and deliberately small

SeaExplore is run from the Trogir Riva by a crew that grew up on this stretch of coast. We operate two speedboats, each licensed to carry up to twelve guests, with a skipper and a host aboard every trip.

We are not an agency. When you message us, you are talking to the people who will actually take you out — which is also why we will tell you honestly when a route is a bad idea on a given day, or when a cheaper option suits you better than the one you asked about.

How we work

Four things we do not compromise on

Small on purpose

Two boats, twelve guests each. We turn work away rather than pack a boat, because a crowded deck is a worse day for everyone.

Licensed and insured

Licensed skippers, passenger liability cover and life jackets aboard — the boring things that matter when the wind picks up.

We cancel when we should

If the sea is unsafe we say so and rebook or refund. No operator who runs regardless of conditions is doing you a favour.

You deal with us directly

The person who replies to your WhatsApp is the person on the boat. No call centre, no reseller in between.

Who operates SeaExplore?
SeaExplore is operated by BILI, a registered Croatian company (OIB 57502897113) based in Trogir. We are a small owner-run crew, not an agency reselling other people's boats.
Are your skippers licensed?
Yes. Every trip runs with a licensed skipper and a host aboard. Our captains grew up on this coast and hold the certification required to carry passengers commercially in Croatian waters.
How many boats do you have?
Two speedboats, each carrying up to 12 guests. That is deliberate — it keeps every departure small and means the same people who answer your message are the ones who take you out.
Are you insured?
Yes. The boats carry the passenger liability insurance required for licensed commercial operation in Croatia, and life jackets for every guest, including child sizes on request.
Where are you based?
On the Trogir Riva, 27 km west of Split and a few minutes from Split Airport in Kaštela. All tours depart from there, with pickups along the Trogir–Čiovo–Seget waterfront.
What happens if the weather turns?
We cancel rather than run an unsafe or miserable trip, and offer an alternative date or a full refund. Exposed routes like the Blue Cave are the first to go; sheltered inshore trips run in most conditions.
