Split or Trogir?

Why our boats leave from Trogir

Split's harbour is the busiest on the coast, and getting out through the channel costs time at both ends of the day. Trogir is closer to the water everyone actually wants to swim in.

Closer to the good water

Trogir sits 27 km west of Split — nearer the Blue Lagoon, Drvenik and Šolta, so less of your day is spent in transit.

Max 12 guests

Small speedboats with a skipper and host. Never a crowded party boat with a queue for the ladder.

Minutes from the airport

Split Airport is in Kaštela, next to Trogir — ideal if you are flying in or staying between Kaštela and Seget.

Licensed local skippers

Born-and-raised captains who know which bay is calm on the day and where the crowds are not.

Boat tours from Split — FAQ

How much does a boat tour from Split cost?
Small-group half-day tours start at €60 per person. Private charters are priced per boat for up to 12 guests: €680 for a half-day, €900 for Drvenik & Šolta, €1,200 for Hvar & the Pakleni Islands and €1,300 for the Blue Cave & 5 Islands.
Where do the boat tours depart from?
Our boats are based on the Trogir Riva, 27 km west of Split and minutes from Split Airport. We pick up along the Trogir–Čiovo–Seget waterfront, and private charters can arrange a pickup that suits you around Split.
Is it better to take a boat tour from Split or Trogir?
Trogir is closer to the Blue Lagoon, Drvenik and Šolta, and its harbour is far less congested than Split's. Departing from Trogir usually means less time in transit and more time at the swim stops — which is why we are based there.
Which boat tour from Split is best?
For turquoise swimming water in half a day, the Blue Lagoon half-day tour. For scenery and atmosphere, the private Hvar & Pakleni Islands day. For the most spectacular trip, the Blue Cave & 5 Islands — though it depends on calm weather.
How long does a boat tour from Split take?
Half-day tours run about 5 hours. Full-day private tours to Drvenik & Šolta or Hvar & the Pakleni Islands take about 8 hours. The Blue Cave & 5 Islands is a 9–10 hour day with an early start.
How many people fit on the boat?
Up to 12 guests plus crew on every tour. We run small speedboats with a skipper and host, never large party boats.
When do boat tours from Split run?
Our season is May to November. June, September and October have warm sea with far fewer boats than July and August.
