SeaExplore runs small-group and private speedboat tours from the Trogir Riva, 27 km west of Split and a few minutes from Split Airport. From there it is roughly half an hour to the turquoise Blue Lagoon, and a comfortable day out to Hvar, the Pakleni Islands or the Blue Cave on Biševo. Every boat carries a maximum of 12 guests with a skipper and host aboard, and prices start at €60 per person.

Split's harbour is the busiest on the coast, and getting out through the channel costs time at both ends of the day. Trogir is closer to the water everyone actually wants to swim in.

Trogir is closer to the Blue Lagoon, Drvenik and Šolta, and its harbour is far less congested than Split's. Departing from Trogir usually means less time in transit and more time at the swim stops — which is why we are based there.
