Boat tour prices around Split and Trogir are confusing for one simple reason: some are quoted per person and some per boat, and a number that looks expensive can be the cheaper option once you divide it. This guide uses our own published prices — every figure below is read from the same price list the booking page uses — to show what each kind of trip costs and how to compare them.
Small-group tours: priced per person
A small-group tour puts you on a shared boat with other guests on a set route, and you pay per seat. Our half-day island tour from Trogir is €54 (price on 10.09.2026.: €60) per person for about five hours: the Blue Lagoon off Drvenik, the harbour village of Maslinica on Šolta and Labadusa bay, with a skipper and a host aboard and never more than 12 guests.
Per-person pricing is the cheapest way onto the water when there are one to four of you. It becomes less of a bargain as the group grows, because the price keeps multiplying while the boat stays the same size.
Private charters: priced per boat
A private tour is the whole boat for your group of up to 12, with the route and the timing set around you. The price is per boat, whether you are two or twelve:

Divide by the number of people and the picture changes. For six people the private half-day comes to €102 (price on 10.09.2026.: €113) each; for ten, €61 (price on 10.09.2026.: €68). That is the comparison worth making before you decide — not the headline number.
Taxi-boat transfers: priced per boat, one way
A transfer is a private boat from one place to another rather than a tour. It is priced per boat for up to 12 guests, one way, and a return is two one-way trips at the same rate. From Split, Trogir or the airport, a transfer to Trogir starts at €150 (price on 10.09.2026.: €150), to the Blue Lagoon at €200 (price on 10.09.2026.: €200) and to Hvar Town at €400 (price on 10.09.2026.: €400).
What costs extra
Very little, and all of it is written down. Transfers leaving between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a night surcharge, and a pickup more than three nautical miles off the route can add a small charge. Tours are booked with a 40% deposit online and the balance is paid to the crew on the day. Food and drinks ashore are your own.

How to compare two quotes
- Per person or per boat? Turn everything into a price per head for your group before comparing.
- How many guests share the boat? A cheap seat among forty passengers is a different day from a boat of twelve.
- How much of the trip is travelling? A shorter run to the swim stops is more time in the water.
- What is the regular price? The reference price beside it tells you whether a discount is real.
